Return Policy

Return Period: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item (14 days for EU orders).

Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process: Contact us. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping  instructions → Refund will be issued after we receive your return.

Damaged/Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items: sale items.

Exchanges: Return your item first, then purchase a new one separately.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.
