If your robot is damaged, we offer one free replacement.
How can I access the lifetime warranty service?
You need to send back the robot that needs replacement. Once I receive it, I will mail you a new one(Contact Us get more information).
Alternatively, you can find me at the next market to complete the replacement.
Is the lifetime warranty service postage-free?
It’s not postage-free — you will need to cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
If you prefer free shipping, we suggest finding us at the market for an exchange, or waiting until your next purchase so we can send the replacement together with your new order.
Can I replace my keychain, necklace, or pin?
Sorry, the lifetime warranty only covers the robot.
If an accessory is damaged, we recommend contacting us to purchase a new one.
